   SLED's Concealed Permit application would be best filled out on your computer and printed. This eliminates problems with handwritten applications that are sometimes  hard to read.   Prior to attending my class please complete the Application and Student Checklist and bring it  with you to class to save time. You need to fill out and print  both of these forms and bring to CWP class
